For summer rental : In the central area of Pesaro, adjacent to Piazzale Primo Maggio, a short walk from the historic center and about 500 meters from the beach, we are renting a fully furnished apartment on the first floor of a small building with an internal courtyard and a bike storage space (no elevator). The apartment comprises a living room with a separate kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom with a washer/dryer. Ideal for three people, with the option of adding an extra single fold-out bed to accommodate four people.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a vacation (fully equipped kitchen, TV, washing machine, etc.) and is located on a very quiet street. Bikes/strollers can be left on the ground floor, making it suitable for families with small children.
Bed linens and towels are not provided by the owners.
